What is an interaction? A short filmed transition that carries the visitor from one space to the next. Each plan counts how many it includes.
These plans are for tours built from your approved renders or video. Starting from plans instead? See the production section above — we create the visuals alongside your tour, scoped and quoted together.
What every plan includes. Your tour lives on its own address, like yourproject.aivisionyx.com, and is hosted and maintained by us for one year. After that, renewal keeps it online with the same care. New spaces or features asked for after delivery are quoted separately, so you always know what you are approving before we start.

What exactly do we receive?
A hosted, branded interactive presentation of the selected spaces, with the media and modules agreed in your proposal. Your team can share the tour link with clients and buyers.
What materials do you need?
Typically approved renders, project branding and an outline of the spaces to present. Unit availability and floor-plan modules also need accurate unit data and plans. We confirm the complete asset list before production.
Can you create the renders and video too?
Yes — it’s one of the things we do best. The plans above cover building the experience from approved materials you already have. When a project starts from plans, we model the spaces and produce the renders and film first, scoped and quoted alongside the tour so the whole delivery stays with one team.
How long does a tour take?
Timing depends on the number of spaces, media preparation and selected modules. We confirm a production schedule after reviewing your materials. Additional modeling, rendering and revisions can affect delivery.
How does the navigation work?
The tour connects curated scenes with cinematic transitions, so every move between spaces looks composed and intentional — the way a film cut does. Buyers choose where to go and always see the project at its best. Solar sequences present the light of a space across the day as a visual experience, built from your media.
Can it match our brand?
Yes. We configure the presentation around your project identity. For agencies and studios, we agree on branding, handover and client responsibilities before starting.
What about hosting and future updates?
Your proposal defines the hosting period, included revisions and how future content or availability updates are handled. Extra production and ongoing support are scoped explicitly.
